Kingsley Eremionkhale
Group Managing Director
Kingsley Eremionkhale, a seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, and a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Management (PGD), also from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. Kingsley has a Masters in Business Administration degree from the prestigious Business school of Netherlands.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Kingsley trained with Ayo Ajayi-Obe & Co and Coker Isa & Co (London) and had a brief stint with Professional Solutions Limited, a world bank accredited IT consulting outfit.
He has over 20 years’ post-graduation work experience including 15 years in the microfinance industry and worked in Marketing, Business Development and Credit and Risk departments. Kingsley joined CIT MFB in August 2014 as the Head of Business Development, before appointment as Managing Director/CEO on 4th June, 2018. He exited in July, 2023.
As CEO at Whitecrust Investment Ltd he is leading and transforming investment, finance, project management, and advisory.
Abiola Ajayi
Head, Wealth Creation
Abiola Ajayi, a seasoned Private Wealth Manager, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Her expertise lies in delivering tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
Abiola’s professional journey is underpinned by a solid academic foundation in economic theory and financial analysis, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ado Ekiti and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Lagos, where she graduated with top honors.
She started her banking career at Zenith Bank Plc in 2008, quickly demonstrating her versatility within the operations unit. By 2013, she advanced to Stanbic IBTC Bank, where she laid the foundation for her expertise in business development and seamlessly transitioned into private banking. Her experience spans several prominent financial institutions, where she provided tailored financial services to high-net-worth individuals.
With a strong background from Coronation Merchant Bank and a strategic role at FCMB Asset Management Ltd, she now brings her extensive knowledge and skills to Whitecrust Finance Company Limited, ready to make a significant impact.
